Walking downtown Cambridge will transport you to old-world England. Throughout the downtown area, you will find over 90 different scenes representing not only old-world England, but also Victorian Society during the holidays. During the holidays, Cambridge turns into a historic wonderland complete with a Dickens Victorian Village. Visitors Center Closed.Visiting Cambridge, Ohio is an absolute must during the holiday season. Sponsored in part by an Arts Grant by the Indiana Arts Commission & Columbus Area Arts Council. The local Scouts will have hot dog & hamburgers for sale as a fundraiser for their organization. Sweet Shave will be serving hot chocolate, coffee & sugar cookies. The Ohio County Historical Society will be here selling cookbooks along with Sun Rise Garden & Floral with floral arrangements & holiday gifts. Santa Claus will be here! The movie The Santa Clause (Tim Allen) will be shown under the heated pavilion at 7pm. Saturday, December 9: Christmas Fun in Rising Sun: A Merry Little Christmas Celebration at the Visitors Center. Sponsored by Ohio County Tourism, the top three decorated homes in Ohio County will receive prize money.
